Grounded, investigative acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine with Laurel Fruehling, MAScHM. Women's health, fertility, hormones, pain, digestion, sleep, and more.
Our approach
A diagnosis or a lab result can feel like something happening to you. Chinese medicine asks a different question: what can you actually do, starting now, to feel like yourself again?
More energy, better sleep, a cycle that makes sense. That's the goal, and it's usually more reachable than people think. Alongside acupuncture and herbs, Laurel talks through real, livable lifestyle changes. Not a total overhaul, just the specific shifts that actually move the needle for your body.

Treatment style
When you meet, Laurel will check in by asking questions about your whole body system. She wants the full picture before she makes a plan, and she meets you where you're at.
Practical plans built around your real life, not an idealized version of it.
Careful questions about your whole system, so nothing important gets missed.
You and Laurel decide the next step together. Her job is to make it obvious.
Care that starts from where you are and moves in the direction most helpful for you.
